Brittany is rude on the phone, very gruff. I called other departments and received better service. But this is the second time calling to schedule an appointment, and she doesn't care. Almost afraid to go to my appointment.
My experience with Dr. (Professor) Cobb has been excellent. She was knowledable, attentative and compassionate. Most all my experiences at UC Davis have been examplary.
I’m giving one star, because I can’t give zero stars. I have never seen so much incompetence and lack of care:(:(
Dr. Philip Hsiao is a great doctor in Urology very knowledgeable.
Dr. Pratsinis has a great bedside manner putting a patient at ease. He's very reassuring and positive. Also very factual. Knowledge is powerful when it comes to healing. A good first time experience. I've seen 4 other urologists there and they're all top notch. I wish I had known them years ago. I'd be a lot healthier now.
