Dr. Philip Hsiao is a great doctor in Urology very knowledgeable.
Dr. Pratsinis has a great bedside manner putting a patient at ease. He's very reassuring and positive. Also very factual. Knowledge is powerful when it comes to healing. A good first time experience. I've seen 4 other urologists there and they're all top notch. I wish I had known them years ago. I'd be a lot healthier now.
The worst experience I have had with a Drs office... They gave me the runaround... one person would tell me one thing and another would tell me something different. This was true for both peds and adult Dr.s
It took a while to get my first appointment, but it was totally worth the wait. I finally found a urologist that cares and knows what they are doing. I'm confident that I'm in good hands with McMeo and her team.
Left a VM regarding a referral that has taken months, that was on March 24th, it is now April 3rd and have not heard back from them. They need to hire competent people.
