I also thought to myself. I hope the phone scheduler is no reflection on the health care there. Borderline rude just to schedule!
Scheduling difficulties and seemingly disorganized office personnel. One story from one person, then another from someone else. Hated calling in with problems. Doctors appear to be overwhelmed with one in particular very difficult to communicate with. The whole dept might need some added personnel training.
Brittany is rude on the phone, very gruff. I called other departments and received better service. But this is the second time calling to schedule an appointment, and she doesn't care. Almost afraid to go to my appointment.
My experience with Dr. (Professor) Cobb has been excellent. She was knowledable, attentative and compassionate. Most all my experiences at UC Davis have been examplary.
I’m giving one star, because I can’t give zero stars. I have never seen so much incompetence and lack of care:(:(
