Great doctors. Set up in the office is very efficient and comfortable. However, I NEVER can get anyone on the phone to help reschedule appointments or give any info needed. I try to use the online portal, but it is very slow and not good for customer service.
I had emergency surgery on my cervical spine in January. My injuries left me with paralyzed legs, arms and hands. After 4 weeks and intensive therapy in UCD's rehab hospital, the hospital referred me for at home therapy followed by outpatient therapy. My primary was supposed to follow up and provide the referrals for the outpatient therapy. My discharge instructions were clear: follow up with my PCP within 1-2 weeks.
