I was here at Dr. Kimberly Wong's. That's a terrible doctor. She didn't do the procedure. After that, she reassured me that she'd fix it, but she didn't do anything like that. She also ignored all my attempts to contact her. The experience of being her patient is the worst of my life.

Was 15 minutes late due to bad weather and a car accident I called and let them know I would be a few minutes late. When I arrived they told me the provider would not see me. After I told them everything that had happened they said they would check with a supervisor which was no help they told me I had to reschedule. Very unprofessional and disappointing after waiting months for an appointment. I hope this not how they treat everyone at a teaching hospital

The staff was very professional and very attentive to my needs, and, they got the job done when I saw them at 2 pm on March 17, 2022, I wanted to thank them by writing a thank you, however, I could not find an E-mail address. They didn't mess around, they got the job done. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys
