I have been to this facility many times where the outpatient Dermatology Clinic is located. All of the staff members from the receptionists to the nursing are courteous, very helpful and respectful. The doctors are wonderful and punctual. The doctors, especially Dr. Brassard, listen and address my concerns and conditions thoroughly every time. They are the best doctors I have met.
Worst place to have your specimens handled. They lost my specimen and mishandled it and Aubrey Gasper is super rude!!!!
Wonderful staff. The doctor is very professional, pleasant, and spent a good amount of time explaining the disease process. Very reassuring to see Dr. Hawkes. James the other doctor is very pleasant and helpful too.
I tried calling multiple times to book an appointment but no one answered. I even left voicemails and none of them were returned. Mind you their voicemail said they open from 0830 to 5:30
