We have been receiving care from UC Davis in Auburn for over fifteen years and have always been happy with the Doctors and care. Dr. Youngblood is the best!
I like UC Davis health and I like most of my interactions with most of my providers there, but the frustration level in dealing with this screwed up organization is really getting to me. For example, this morning, it took 40 minutes to make an appointment for my wife and I to get COVID booster shots. Customer service representatives seem untrained and there seems to be no systems to make things work smoothly.
