My visit was a month ago, but I'm just getting around to writing this review, so excuse the lateness... Not only did the visit take way longer than expected (about 2 hrs), but both me and my eyes were so fatigued by the end, that I couldn't feel confident with my results. Little did I know, that feeling would ring true. The optometrist said that my prescription had not changed for distance, but that I should also add reading glasses. They gave me a prescription that was supposed to show my current glasses plus the new lenses... read more

My eye doctor there is great (5 stars) but this review is for the optical shop. One star is too generous. They never answer the phone and you're sent to an automated voicemail system that tells you to leave a 'detailed' message and they will get back with you as soon as possible. I leave a message, I also leave my name and phone number. I never get a call back. If you can't answer my question, just call and tell me you do not have an answer for me instead of choosing to ignore my message altogether. It's very unprofessional.
The doctor is great but the receptionists are the worst people. I don’t know who hired them. I called to it to reschedule my doctor appointment and I was on call for one and half hour. I been there they are not that busy then why they don’t answer the call. It’s not Taco Bell that receptionist is taking the orders and there is a huge lane and unable to answer the call. The people who hired them should monitor them and everything should be recorded that let say for how long a patient was on call and were been waiting. If ther... read more
