I Am one the kindest and most respectful people that there ever was and I treated these people with the utmost respect. The majority of the security guards and staff at intake treated me like I was some piece of dogshit with a number. I will never lower myself to the lowest of levels that this decrepit place has to offer and I Am recommending that nobody ever visit or return to this place. The staff in the units were very kind so I'm giving this place 1 star 🌟. That is all.
Been waiting for MRI LAST night 6 hours went home came back in morning and waited till 4pm .said Not even scheduled for one! SHAMEFUL
The ER was unfortunately very unpleasant in terms of cleanliness. The entire area smelled strongly of urine, including the blanket they gave me. The bathrooms were dirty, and even the waiting area before being assigned a bed was gross. The chair I had to sit in reeked of urine, which made the long wait for a bed even more uncomfortable.
