I had to see OBGYN providers here, and overall patient care was very underwhelming. Despite meeting with several different providers, the answers I received always felt generic, rushed, and lacking empathy. It left me questioning whether this is simply how teaching hospitals operate or if minority patients are treated differently. Very disappointing experience.
I'm not sure where to start. The fact that parking was terrible to find. Then when I found it, there was no spaces available for will chair accessible. Then when we got inside the building, there was really no signs of where you need to go, so you go to the basement like they say Uber the phone and then all of a sudden, you get redirected to go outside in the hot sun when it's a 100° today.
