University City Cyclery Inc is FANTASTIC I LOVE UC Cyclery! Customer service was exceptional, and I loved that they suggest bikes they consider best for you--taking into consideration the type of riding you'll do--without pushing the most expensive and highly equipped bikes (unless the customer demands this). Great Service I purchased my bike from UC Cyclery last summer and they did a great job helping me pick out the best bike for what I wanted to spend. I have been back plenty of times for a tune up, to check if I thought something was not working right or to pick up some new gear and they have always been so helpful and nice.
Nice shop and great customer service I've purchased a Trek mountain bike here a few years back and the first thing I noticed was the great Customer Service. The staff are really friendly and are really helpful in finding the right bike. When purchasing a bike at this store, it has lifetime tune up! A VERY great addition. Excellent Service Department, Friendly Staff This is a small cycling store packed to the gills with everything you would need to start serious cycling. I have only had minor service done there, but this store has a reputation as one of the best service departments in San Diego. The staff is small but very knowledgeable and friendly. They always have a good selection of bikes, and can order pretty much anything they don't have. If you live in the area, this is a great choice for your cycling needs.
Professional, Courteous, Good-old Bike Shop This bike shop is by no means overstaffed, but the salespeople and servicemen are friendly, knowledgeable, and obliging. They may not always have items in stock (think less common components, like track cogs and model-specific DH chain tensioners), but they always offer to special-order and definitely carry top-notch stuff.
