Had a great experience visiting UC Baby Ottawa! The two ladies are both so great, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this location and the ultrasound technician! Personally - every ultrasound I have attended before UC baby, the ultrasound techs would rush, have an attitude and some bad energy that always made me uncomfortable. My husband and I had an amazing experience with Gala. Our baby wasn't being cooperative unfortunately but Gala did her best to suggest everything possible to get her to move. We had to reschedule at no additional cost, it was free. The receptionist and Gala are both super friendly and warm. Can't wait for our next visit hopefully our baby will move and cooperate this time. LOVE the heart bear. Such beautiful souvenirs.
Excellent experience. Customer service is outstanding since the moment you step in the clinic! They already know who you are and great you and acknowledge you. It looks they care for their customers. Clinic was super clean and they offer you chocolates as well as all the information you could possible want before the appointment. Dr. Gala was amazing! Went to UCBaby and got the Silver Package at 28 weeks! This was an incredible experience, my technicians name was Dr. Gala K. She was lovely and explained everything throughout the entire ultrasound, so kind! Seeing my baby girls face, there is no words for that feeling. ❤️ The receptionist, I didn’t catch her name but she was so warm, sweet and made myself and my family feel so welcome. If you’re in the fence about doing this, just go for it, you will not be disappointed! Will definitely be back again! ☺️
My husband and I went for an ultrasound here about a month ago, I was 15 weeks pregnant at the time. My experience here was nothing short of amazing! As I was told I could bring 2 additional guests with me to my appointment I had my husband and in-laws there for the entire appointment which, that alone made the experience so special.
