My husband and I visited today for our very first 3D/4D ultrasound. We had an amazing experience! The lady at the front desk was friendly, helpful and gave the office such a positive, calm and happy atmosphere! The doctor we saw for the ultrasound was also amazing. She went through the parts of the baby, took lots of photos! Our baby was not cooperating at first but she quickly had me turn and then we were able to see the baby’s face for the rest of the appointment. Had the VERY best experience at UC Baby. Firstly, Dee (the receptionist), is absolutely incredible! Not only is she kind and warm, her communication goes above and beyond. We received detailed e-mails with package prices, reminders and all. Such great and positive energy! Thanks Dee! Secondly, Dr Maha was also so lovely! It was truly such a great experience. I highly recommend coming here. Their new location was easy to find, free parking and easy to get to and find inside. The environment is very welcoming and the staff are amazing. The receptionist is truly such a kind soul and every time I speak with her she is kind, informative and caring. AMAZING!! The experience couldn’t be better, from scheduling to the appointment day. Everything was just smooth and easy. The receptionist is so lovely and made her best effort to accommodate us. The doctor was amazing, and she really knew what she was doing and explained everything with so much care and professionalism. We’re so grateful for everything. 🙏
We drove from 2 hours away to find out what we were having. We brought our 1 year old he’s absolutely nuts. They had tons of stuff to keep him entertained, as well as a beautiful space. Dee was the lady who greeted us. She was so nice. She told us how we were seeing a physician (not a tech) so we should utilize asking questions in the appointment. We were in and out in 20 mins.
