Had a wonderful gender determination ultrasound at UC Baby! The place is spotless, and the staff is top-notch. The receptionist was very friendly, and the sonographer Dr was so sweet and explained everything clearly during the scan. Leaving with a sweet complimentary gift was such a thoughtful touch. I will definitely be coming back here to check on our baby. 5 stars!
My husband, my son and our best friend attended a Gender Reveal Ultrasound at the Ottawa location and the staff was amazing. The receptionist was SO sweet. We were greeted with the warmest welcome. She had awesome suggestions for our Gender Reveal. We had already planned on getting a heartbeat bear for our son, so she suggested that some people get a bear with the colour of the gender on it. I came to UC Baby for the first time a week ago, and from the moment I walked through the door, I felt so cared for, heard, and genuinely welcomed. I couldn't help but come back again the following week! The reassurance and peace of mind I've received at UC Baby have been priceless. This experience was worlds beyond what we had to endure at the hospital. The receptionist was super friendly and explained everything in detail. The doctor doing the ultrasound was lovely, the gel was WARM, the ultrasound itself was not painful, the big screen tv made seeing our baby so easy. She pointed out all the important anatomy features, we listened to the heart beat, and got a framed photo and some free diapers. 10/10 will come again.
We came to UC baby at 8 weeks for a heartbeat check our experience with the receptionist was amazing she was really sweet and asked us how our pregnancy was going just an overall great welcome. Although the ultrasound itself was okay we had one of the last appointments, so I feel like we were being rushed through our ultrasound. the tech did not speak much didn’t and explained in very little detail what we were seeing.
