Outstanding first time experience at UC baby Ottawa for our 7 week dating scan. From the moment you walk in the door you are met with warmth and utmost customer service. Dr. was compassionate and thorough, taking the time to explain everything to us. The receptionist was so lovely, she genuinely seems to love her job, she made our experience so much more exciting :) Will definitely be returning to UC baby.
I had such a great experience at UC Baby! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. The ultrasound tech went above and beyond to capture so many beautiful facial images, and answer any questions we had about baby. It was so special being able to have several of our loved ones join the appointment, it made the whole experience even more memorable. Overall, I’m so grateful I got to do this. I highly recommend it to anyone—it truly makes you even more excited to meet your baby 💗
I cant say enough good things about this location & the 2 lovely ladies working. The front desk lady ( wish I remembered her name ) is the sweetest thing ever! Had so much compassion, couldn't wait to find out if i was right about having a baby girl. And the doctor doing the ultrasound was very to the point and knew her stuff. I highly recommend anyone coming here for ultrasounds, the heart beat bear is cute too! We have been to UC Baby multiple times so far in my pregnancy and we have had a great experience each time. Dee at reception is so kind and comforting it’s been a joy to come in and see her each visit, dr Maha has also been great and always gives so much information. We love being able to see the baby more often than you would with traditional appointments.
Amazing wonderful experience! I took my Daughter in law her for her gender reveal and back again for her 5D ultrasound. The Dr. Was so very reassuring and thorough. She made sure she could do everything she could to get it beautiful images and checked everything else out with the baby reassure mom that everything was going great giving us a real peace of mind! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking a beautiful images of their baby!
