This was an absolutely amazing experience!! Cleo was so personable and accommodating as we are from out of town . She was so sweet and made both my husband and I feel so welcomed and comfortable . She was amazing at getting pictures of our sweet baby girl , and even included my husband in the process which he appreciated. The office space is clean , warm , and inviting . We called and there was no answer but she was very responsive with a text message & what options would be best for us. She definitely went above and beyond for her service at the appointment for us for explaining everything and going into detail. we’re super thankful for her flexible schedule and squishing us in when she was full 🙂

We had such great experience at UC Baby tonight. Our technician Cleo was very welcoming and very nice since the beginning of our appointment up to the end. She's really a lovely lady and we will definitely come back for another appointment at UC Baby 🥰🥰 thank you so much, Cleo for bringing us such warm experience

We had such a nice experience at UC Baby!! The place was clean and cozy! We were late for our evening appointment, but our technician was incredibly kind, patient, and waited for us without ever making us feel rushed. She also explained everything really well and made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole session. We got some really cute pictures of our baby. Definitely will come back!!!

I personally don’t feel the $300 price is worth the experience. I paid for the gender test and SneakPeek, but was told I have to wait 5 business days for the results. I feel this should be clearly stated in the description before booking, as the wait time was not something I was aware of. For $300, I also expected a more memorable ultrasound experience.
