Geraldene has gone above and beyond with her loving care for my mom. I live in another state and it has been a great comfort to know that Geraldene is there for my mom. My mom’s health and mobility have improved dramatically. She looks forward to her visits with Geraldene who lovingly bathes her, does her hair and then takes her out to run errands, take walks, visit the bookstore or whatever else makes her happy. Ubuntu Review I hired Doug, Geraldine, and their team to care for my father, who has dementia. Doug and Geraldine and very patient, communicative, professional, and passionate about care. They really helped reduce my anxiety about my father being at home by himself 200+ miles away from where I live. Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy.
Doug has been a helper to me for the last 4 months. He comes for about 3 hours twice a week. On most days he takes me to the gym and helps me use the exercise equipment. I was initially very hesitant to hire a caregiver, in that doing so was such a concrete substantiation of my frailty, but since he has started coming, his arrival at my house consistently has been like the coming of a bright spring day. Doug of Ubuntu Elder care has literally reversed the course of my husband’s aging. Doug has brought a bright, warm, and positive energy into our home that is infectious and carries on after he departs, and has infused joy into our lives again.
