My son Zack loves it. He plays hockey and Lacrosse and this is a great way for him to stay in shape during the off season as well as during the season. Highly recommend checking it out. Definitely worth every penny.
An amazing gym and workout experience. Laura Honzu is a talented coach and great teacher with invaluable experience. I've never been this fit, strong abd confident in my life and I love my gym family.
