A great experience! We have wanted to build our dream house for years and we were finally able to do it. I have a lot of experience and knowledge of construction so we only used the minimal package and relied on U-Build-It primarily for the subs and trades to fill in the gaps in my contacts. All of the subs were great to work with and adjusted their schedules to work with me as I needed them. Don’t just walk—run to U-BuiltIT! Lee is fantastic, and you won’t regret it. Learn from my mistake: I initially chose a different builder, but they abandoned the job and took my money. Fortunately, Lee stepped in and took over the project, successfully completing the remodeling of my home while saving me both time and money. I am incredibly grateful to Lee and his team for helping make our dream house a reality.

We initially were going to work with UBI, but their contracts are decades out of date and owner refuses to update them. He also bans clients from bad social media reviews, so beware that the reviews here are heavily controlled by him. We ultimately went with another builder that has a similar business model without the terrible contracts and stands behind their product enough to not require social media control.

Do yourself a favor and run! We wanted to add an addition to our home & my husband contacted this company. After the initial home visit, Lee recommended we’d use Mr. Argumedo (an architect they’ve been using). He started the plans in October. Unfortunately my husband paid him the $1,500 in full already. Here it is February & we have no plans on hand. Mr. Argumedo ignores phone calls & texts. Ubuildit isn’t any help getting him to finish our plans that we paid for.
