Summary (TL/DR): Simply a wonderful experience with a new ducted heat pump & dehumidifier installation! Recommended! UBS (Urbina) Mechanical replaced our old central A/C with a new Mitsubishi dual zone hyper heat heat pump system and Honeywell dehumidifier. Luis Urbina was excellent to deal with - responsive, knowledgeable, detailed and thorough.
