In March 2020, I was charged a $100 ANNUAL account fee for a Roth IRA kept at UBS. Tim Mistry acknowledged this fee and said it could not be waived. Around August 2020, I transferred the balance of the Roth IRA from UBS to another financial institution. I was charged a $95 transfer fee. Still no problem. I sent several emails and completed their online "contact us" forms with my phone number too to get in contact and no one EVER responded. Pretty shocking for a place with this type of reputation.
Knowledgeable, friendly staff! Dedicated to the local community! Always takes whatever time is necessary to understand the clients needs!
Very professional and their service is great. They know what they are doing with all the curves and turns of the market. I am very satisfied and can sleep at night knowing my assets are in good hands.
