My computer had a blue screen and I needed it repaired. Brought to them and they had a quick turn around time and installed a new hard drive. I was told the hard drive I had was dead and "not reading". I picked up the computer and took the hard drive to someone else. The hard drive was fine and didn't need to be replaced. The hard drive was reinstalled back into my computer. I asked the manager at this location about the issue expecting something in return.
