Honestly can't say enough about Jordan at the front desk. He had a busy line and moved through all customers super thoughtfully, with great communication. Actually found a quick fix to the problem I had, took it into the back and worked his magic, came back out and just let me go no charge. I've had things fixed here before and they're always the go-to folks.
This store does not abide by posted hours - it says 10 am opening, but opens whenever they want. Very unprofessional. Highly recommend going to another ubreakifix and/or avoiding the complete disaster of Asurion.
