very disappointing. I called and they said it would be $109 to replace my I Phone battery. When I went to the store they claimed the price was correct but they had to clean my device and wanted $139, The sales person says I know you were quoted $109 but I can't do it for that price. Took my phone and went to Apple, repair cost $89 and was done in 1 hour-really bed!!
Ok ,I only had my computer evaluated and sent out to find out that the computer was unrepairable .
Quoted me for the wrong repair, tried to charge me extra money Also said it would be a week and 2 weeks went by with no updates
Walked in and taken right away. Screen replaced for a reasonable price. Turnaround was quick too. Very happy!
