Excellent quick service for replacing my battery!
Called on a Tuesday. Spoke with Mike. Made an appt for Wednesday. Very easy to set up. Very friendly on the phone and he was easy to understand. Got to my appt Wednesday. Mike again checked me in, went over everything and I left for them to swap out my battery. Came back a little later and my phone was fixed. Mike checked me out and all was good. Great price. Friendly service.10/10. Highly recommend this location for all your electronic needs!
Super disappointed. I dropped off my laptop that had been repaired at this location previously. I had to submit a claim for them to honor my warranty. Now, it’s been well past the 7-10 business days since my laptop was taken in for service on Dec. 30th. The website tracker has not been updated. When I called to check the status, I was either hung up on or never answered. This is very unprofessional. My phone had a cracked screen and they fixed it and right as I’m walking out I try to use the power button and it doesn’t work and it work before the screen was fix so they messed the power button up and then said they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t not break the button and said I should get a new phone so then I go to a different store that said oh yeah we can fix it thx for fing my phone up
