BS"d me on parts availability, insisted I needed to replace both front/back glass for a simple Battery replacement. Quoted 48 hr fix but reality was the had no idea of when they could get a Samsung battery and replace it but " it HAD to be with F/R glass replacement! Save your time and go to Tech Hospital St Augustine!

Due to Xfinity I have had to go there a couple of times as have my neighbor. We both agree this is what customer service use to be like....fantastic!!

I had a bad experience twice replacing a pixel 7a screen at the St. Augustine uBreakiFix. The first time was on Oct. 28th. I had the screen replaced at this location. $220 cash. No warranty or insurance on the phone. Within two days a bright, bright line ran vertically down the screen. I was too lazy to go in and get it replaced. On May 25th, I had the screen replaced again because it had begun to get the ink splatter look when the pixels in the screen crack and bleed. Another $220. So incredibly helpful and kind! Our issue looks like it’s more user error than anything. The woman that helped us was so quick I didn’t even get a chance to get her name. Will definitely use again and refer to friends.
