Terrible service. Our keyboard wasn’t working. They turned us away because our Microsoft surface 3 computer was ‘too old.’ Waited 30 minutes with one person in front of us. Someone rude skipped us which they let happen after knowing we were first. They recommended to get a new computer. After we got home, my wife fixed the computer in 5 mins.
The women who works here is very rude. I called to see if they have the back glass for my phone in stock and my phone is the newest model. She told me she was going to check and then had me on hold over 10 minutes. I called back and she answered immediately so I know she wasn't actually checking. She heavy side and sounded annoyed that I called back to get an answer to my question. Proceeded to tell me that they don't have it in stock and they can't order it. Told me to call other locations if I want it done soon. Ridiculous... read more
Fast & efficient!!
Great service friendly and efficient. I would definitely have to use them again - good job.
Stopped in to get my charger port cleaned out and Miguel was kind, professional, and helped me out quickly! Could only recommend more folks try them out!
