Master Charlie was the technician who worked on my phone. I'm very happy with the results of him fixing the audio issues we were having. After a reconnection of the microphone, and cleaning of the pixel 9 pro the device functioned as expected again. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable, thank you for your help.
I went to the mobile klinick as I had picked up malware and my phone was ready to shut down. The kind gentleman behind the counter promptly fixed my phone and charged me nothing for his work. How awesome is that.
