Rizwan has communication issues. Told me my phone is beyond repair so I asked for a written email so I can file a claim with my credit card company but he then writes the parts are not available to fix the phone?? When I asked him to write the issue properly in the email so I can proceed with my claim he was curt and taking us around in circles. If the parts are not available, it means it’s repairable.
