Awesome place for getting a phone. I went there this past Thursday to get a new phone and service provider. Had no issues at all other than issues with RCS chat not wanting to connect with my number after being ported from another service provider. I ended up going in today February 15th and Caitlin said that she would give it a shot with the problem, she searched the feeds online to see what could work and in the end it turns out removing the ESIM and adding a new one worked. My IT service rep Bavish was great. Friendly, patient, professional. He went over and above.
Took my phone in to get it scanned to malware. I was certain I was going g to have an issue. BAVESH the employee there helped me and took the time to review before I had it taken in to be checked. He was kind and professional and made sure that I had a good experience. In the end he could have changed me for something that was a 2 second fix but was honest and just showed me how to scan myself. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you Bavesh!
They can be a bit pricey but they get the job done. They haven't failed me yet and they're my first call.
