Elise was very kind, but it was very obvious that their job is to upsell every darn thing. I was told that my “top assembly” was damaged and it would cost X amount of dollars to fix that, too. I declined that, and I got my phone back and Face ID, etc was working just fine. However, the phone kept turning off and the touch screen wasn’t working properly after the screen repair.
