The team members were excellent and advised me well
The entire process for getting my computer fan repaired was incredibly frustrating. I had to call the store on a weekly basis in order to get updates on my computer. The store did not update me that it would take even longer to repair my computer because they were on backorder for parts needed. When I was dropping my computer off the sales associate there was incredibly pushy trying to increase my insurance plan. Excellent experience with Dell laptop hinge repair/replacement. Very good communication and customer service - best I've experienced in a long time! The repair was excellent and fairly priced.
I'm eternally grateful for the outstanding customer service I received today. I took my phone to 5 phone repair shops including Geek Squad to repair a glitch with my phone's hotmail email account, but no one was able to figure out how to repair my issue. Geek Squad referred me to UBreakiFix. I was pleasantly surprised to discover my issue was repaired within 5-10 of me arriving which took off my level of stress because I was thinking hackers installed a virus that prevented me from paying my bills.
