ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICES THERE. I needed some devices fixed in November. I took a sample tablet to them with a part to be evaluated. Their lead tech told me the exact part to buy to replace the tablet glass which was not broken but heavily scratched. I had 9 of these tablets so after confirming the exact parts needed for the repair spent 9*$25 buying the frames and glass for them to do the repairs.
