I came in, Needed help and Brandon resolved my issue very fast, he was really nice and patient.
The uBreakiFix technician, Declanthat was sent to my home did a great job! He was on time, courteous, was very knowledgeable and spent just 20 minutes replacing my cracked screen and testing the phone to ensure it worked properly. Declan did a great job.
I took an item in with a broken screen, they quoted me a price and timeline. It took an extra couple days but looked brand new when I picked it up. Reasonable price. Great staff.
Very professional kept us informed had to take it back the second time, but repair was unsuccessful so they refunded our money
