Aaron did an excellent job! He came by and within 15 minutes my phone was fixed …extremely convenient!
The store was short-staffed. I arrived for my appt on time but had to wait 45 mins to speak with the sales rep. The phone was supposed to be ready in 2 hours but that turned into 4 hours and when I went to pick it up I found out the phone had failed the Samsung screen verification and the screen would have to be replaced again. It wouldn't be ready until 12 the next day. I did receive the call just after 12 that it was ready and picked up the phone.
