Karissa what very friendly and helpful took care of my problem very fast and professionally.I would recommend a friend.
I’m giving this five stars because of the customer service they provided. Although they weren’t able to fix my device, they were understanding and actually listened to my problem and offered me ways I could fix it myself. I definitely will be returning with any future tech problems I have.
They offer free estimates which is definitely different from places near me. Staff is friendly and competent. They replaced the factory installed screen protector for less than the cost of an install kit. But no one leaves without a spiel to purchase Asurion's overpriced insurance. Overall, I would recommend them for phone repair.
