Communication and foresight amongst employees seemed to be lacking.
Aaron was my tech who came to my house. He was super friendly right from the start. He told me 30 mins and it was definitely quicker then that. He made my phone brand new without me having to get a new phone! He was honest about whether he could fix it or not and he definitely understood the assignment!
Matthew was an awesome technician, and he worked quickly, competently, and kindly. I throughly recommend this location.
