The woman who helped me was very pleasant and informative. My phone which had the screen very damaged was fixed within 3 hours. The price for a Samsung was high (230) but Samsung sets the prices so it's not their fault. Would recommend!
I took a GPS unit to them and they have opened it up to try and repair a damaged power port that was pushed in and ripped of the mother board wen it was dropped I don't know the outcome yet but I hope for the best and they have kept me informed so my review is incomplete I am now updating my review they fixed it and it works like it was new so I am very happy with the service and I will urge anyone that reads this to go try them out you have nothing to loose
Went to get my phone repaired today. Their hours show they open at 10am. No one was at the location at 1030 am. Other people waiting outside said “they weren’t open yesterday either.” No one answers the store phone number when you call. My phone insurance sent me to this location and we called prior to confirm they had parts available to fix.
Was sent to uBreakiFx in commack by Verizon. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Friendly, helpful! They took care of the issue instantly. I walked out with a phone working at 100%.
Really good communication/clarification! Alexa fixed my laptop no problem and told me exactly what was wrong with it, which I really appreciated a lot.
