Allison was very helpful, courteous & professional. It ended up being the cable and she didn’t charge me for Anything. I assumed it was the port because I’ve had to take my phone to a shop before to clean off the charging terminal. All is well and my situation was fixed with a new cable!

I was sent here by Samsung for a screen repair under Samsung Care and was told by the employee working that it wouldn't be covered under warranty because of other damage on the phone. When we told the employee working that it was not a warranty claim, we were told that they only do warranty services, *not* repair services under Samsung Care and that I needed to send my phone into Samsung for the screen replacement. Nice knowledgeable people that are honest. No complaints.
There was quite a line when I arrived but Matt took great care and patience with each customer and explained the charges, issues etc and gave out information even when his store couldn’t fix a problem. Matt was very quick and efficient while inputting information for the customers. My personal issue was a “dead” phone that couldn’t take a charge—-he fixed it and made sure it was completely repaired before I walked out. I will use them again for my product issues. Thanks Matt for a great job!
