Lazy, if it has anything to do with a warranty they will come up with anything to not take your phone. They must not get paid very well to do warranty stuff. They told me they could take pictures of the phone and send it to samsung to see if they approve and it would take 24 hours. I was more than happy with that and agreed. Then she went in the back and came back out and said that she was sure that samsung wouldnt take the phone on warranty and i didnt have that option anymore.. Roland is absolutely amazing! Within 3 minutes of walking in the store he had my phone fixed and properly working again. Samsung S26 Ultra stopped charging and letting power cable seat and he had the issue identified and rectified within a matter of 1-2 minutes. My mind is blown and could not be more thankful for Roland!
Literally the only place that I will ever get my phone fixed and the price is better than other places repairs/replacements. I will refer my friends and family to any of these stores. I will say this if their was a 10/10 stars I can do I'll will 100% give it. Thank you for fixing my phone. Staff needs to be praised for their work and their courtesy.
I canceled the appointment through assurion because I thought it was fixed after my phone updated, but the home button quit working again. So I made another appointment for Monday.
