I bought a used Samsung Fold Six from Swappa about a year ago and kept getting an error message when I tried to update it. Walked into the local uBreakiFix and they took care of it within 15 minutes. Good job and the price was very reasonable too. Outstanding work.
Explained the issue and resolution very well. I had to go to Best Buy afterward to get an adaptor to help fix the issue and all they wanted to do was sell me a $150 service, then upped it to a $180 annual fee. After talking for a while the solution was a $12 adaptor. They made UFixit look even better. I went back to Ubreakit a couple of months later because the wired connection on my phone was loose. They said it needed to be cleaned so they cleaned it and it works fine. Great experience both times
3rd time coming here in past few years been great service broke my phone this morning made it in time got my phone fix my 7pm closing time nice staff and friendly
The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my phone screen, but the new screen will sometimes look broken with random lines appearing so it might be a defective part.
