Excellent service. Went above and beyond when a problem arose not caused by their company. Second time I have used them and will return, if necessary but hope not. I have told all my friends even though it is an hour or more to drive. Staff is wonderful! Thanks guys!!!
Very professional and friendly service. Repair was done assured and on time.
Not very experienced on Samsung warranty repairs. After 4 visits they decided they couldn't fix my device over an issue that should have been caught on day one. Ended up sending my device to Samsung in which they said they could fix the issue no problem.
