When I first got there there was a woman complaining outside the store about the service and that should have been the red flag. When I went inside, there was a woman named Camille that insisted that I gave her a five-star. Even before service I took my daughter's laptop with a cracked screen to be replaced and once I left it there I was able to get a hold of them one time and they said they had ordered the screen after over 2 weeks I had to contact customer service through asurion to find out that they had sent the laptop o... read more
