The technician that helped me at Ubreakifix off Cox Rd in West Chester was SUPER! Polite, helpful, and just overall great customer service. Told me they could absolutely fix my phone and had it done in an hour! I went to a Verizon storefront in Fields Ertel off of Mason Montgomery Rd and the sales guy was a major jerk! So glad I was able to deal with my claim directly with Ubreakifix instead.
The guys were so helpful in recovering my data from my phone. They are so resourceful and such great problem solvers. If there’s a way to help, they will figure it out!
