Unprofessional. I brought my laptop in about a month ago to get the display replaced.I was told they needed to order the display and it would take around a week to come in. They let me take it home and would call me when it came in. The following Thursday I called to see when it might be in and was told it had come already but I didn’t get notification. My wife dropped it back off for me and I got a call later saying they had the wrong display(the monitor they got was a 40 pin and I was told my me was a 36 pin) and had to re... read more
