Awesome experience with them today. Thought I was spending $150 bucks but Jenifer found a better solutions and was able to save me some money! She was great!!
Firstly, I will say price is ok, fix went well. Customer service, however, not ok. I waited in line for 25 minutes to drop off my device. All 25 minute were spent with one customer that had repeat over and over can you get me my laptop fixed by (insert date here). Once is was my turn the dude got weirdly passive aggressive when I didn't want to sign up for the maintenance plan.a simple "ok" is sufficient instead of muttering about how I would save money if I would "just sign up."
