Terrible. The white guy with red hair and beard lied and said my phone battery is working normally when it clearly doesn't hold a charge
My morning began on a definite downside. When I removed my phone's protective case to do a periodic wipe down my phone was cleanly split in two longitudinal halves along its seam. Other than that grossly disappointing state, both halves looked to be in good order. A T-Mobile salesperson recommended ubreakifix. I had the good fortune of meeting Austin at their Fort Lauderdale location. He greeted me as if I were his "first customer" in a "brand new store" - both of which were not the case.
