Terrible service. Never answer the phone and it took over a month to update their page saying they are closed temporarily. You call that number and big surprise, another voicemail nobody calls back from. Go with ebay and replace the device, cheaper when you figure in the cost of the nonsense they put you through. Hurry up and wait should be their company motto!
Google says it closes at 7 PM. I arrived at the store at 6:15 PM and no one served me. There was an employee inside and they didn't open the door.
Not same day pick up. Only one person working. Waiting in line is 45 plus minutes. Not auto wait in line service. Rarely answers phone. Over priced. Says 2 hour fix- more like 2 days +
