Lazy, if it has anything to do with a warranty they will come up with anything to not take your phone. They must not get paid very well to do warranty stuff. They told me they wouldnt talk to samsung about doing a warranty with my phone because the front screen didnt work.... the phone had eletrical problems and randomly stopped working so wouldnt that be a good reason to warranty it.... So now i spent $1700 on a phone 4 months ago only to have it randomly quit working for no reason and my only shot at warranty was in the ha... read more
Very helpful
Left my phone on top of my car and drove away. Backtracked and founded in the middle of the road and it had been run over about a million times. Thank goodness they carried the screen I need, they had one in stock. They fixed it in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.
INCREDIBLE experience. I had an emergency with a broken phone screen and they got me in within 20 minutes and Kyle had my screen fixed within 20 minutes! The person I interacted with on the phone and at the front desk was very kind, helpful and professional!
Wonderful and fast. Got us fixed up. The front desk clerk was A+ on everything
