Jerry was very fast in replacing my cracked screen I got in and out without any issue

The wait and help of the worker was very bad, people arrived afterwards and were treated first.
Was informed the repair would be $109 plus tax as screen does not need to be replaced, only glass needs to be replaced. Was shocked after fix that the final fix price was $299 plus tax. They don’t provide the estimate in writing so it what it is when you collect, after the repair is done. Repair is good, communication about the repair cost and final cost not great at all. Recommend to insist for repair estimate in writing before turning over your device.
Showed up exactly when he said he would, was courteous and worked very quickly.
