One star given simply for the repair itself. I have a few issues with this store: 1. The workers lack professionalism 2. They called me to come in a day early for a part that wasn’t even at the store yet (I came in even though I had my oral surgery 30 minutes after that… again trying to be helpful). Didn’t realize they didn’t have the part until AFTER I was there. I had called them 3 times to clarify it was for my phone specifically and that it would be on the truck. Treated me incredibly well was super patient with me over the phone while dealing with Google support to figure out warranty status and got my battery replaced same day despite Google and my phone putting up a fight. Now have a battery with zero cycles that actually lasts! Thank you to Ashton, Nathan and everyone else involved! My Pixel 8A has never lasted this long
Amazing group of people. My sons, 12 year old PS4 crashed. Would only start in safe mode. The guy that helped me (Nate I think his name was. Springfield location. Incredibly helpful) gave me the full expectation and was extremely transparent. Told me best and worst case scenarios and introduced me to their loyalty program. Luckily it was the best case scenario and I wasn’t out nearly as much as I thought I was going to. Even still, with Nate’s help, I was STILL able to save money. We are very happy with them. Even though our phone situation couldn’t be fixed, they were extremely supportive, professional and kind. We will certainly go back when needed.
I've used Ubreakifix for all my phone repairs and they have never let me down. Today Nicholas took awesome care of me and even saved me some money, dude definitely needs a raise.
