I received a text to review my experience on July 2nd but hadn’t received my devices. I went in to the store around 12:30/1 pm same day, to see progress on my devices after receiving the text for review and was told one of my devices was shipped off to be fixed just that day (July 2) and the other was still waiting to be fixed but phones take priority so they would get to it when they could (they’ve had my devices for two weeks at this point).
