They fixed my phone while I waited. It was fixed in a few minutes Fast and effective.
They said it would take two hours to fix my phone. It would be ready at 3:45. I called at 3:30. They said Yep we’re just finishing it up now. I go in to pick up my phone. They tell me it needs a new battery they didn’t tell me this of course when I called and that will take another Hour to recalibrate it I said I don’t have that kind of time right now. I stopped in this morning just after they opened. They had the parts in stock to repair my older phone. They gave me the estimated repair cost & time frame upfront. They were able to get it fixed before closing. I was notified via text, phone call & email when my repair was complete. MyKayla did a great job on my repair. My phone looks like new and the repair cost much less than the cheapest replacement phone my carrier had and I am not locked in to a payment plan or contract. I highly recommend.
