I came in there, like most people with a badly damaged phone in my hand damaged. I'd gotten a replacement but was desperately trying to get my photos and files off. Austin was amazing above and beyond with customer service and very professional period willing to take the time to explain things and talk it out. First thing I learned was a customer service is not dead.And make sure that your cloud is doing your backups.. Great job Austin, I appreciate you very much
