Normally I hate supporting these chain repair shops and prefer to go to a local small business, but I had no option due to my warranty only allowing this place. What can I say, they fixed it. Looks good as new. I wouldn't give them cash though- only go here if it's what your insurance covers, if you have to pay cash or it's out of warranty-go Support your local small business repair guy!!!!
Taylor and Anthony are the gold standard when it comes to customer service and repair. I came to Ubreakifix after a slimey Verizon salesman told me that I couldn't use my insurance to repair my cracked phone screen b/c he said it was too old and outdated (S22 Ultra) and that I need to upgrade to a new phone. Taylor was so kind and patient with me and answered all my questions. He checked to see if they had the parts on-site to repair my phone (they did). Anthony and Taylor are awesome guys. They didn’t have to stay late but they did long enough for my son to get his phone fixed and updated. I would recommend these guys for sure.
