Roy at Howland was a great help.
I went in to get my iPhone 7 battery replaced and dehydrate some water that was found in it. I was initially expecting to have to wait more than 24 hours, but the team had it done in less than 2 hours. Roy was very patient and helpful, answering all of my questions about the water found and giving some future tips. The battery replacement was the same price as the Apple store and the water dehydration was free. So far the battery seems to be working well. I feel like I can trust this shop with any repairs. I went today for the first time to get a screen protector and the employee was very nice. He put my screen protector on quick and nicely and then I was on my way. Good price too!
It's great to finally have one in Deltona. The prices were fair, and they were upfront with what was needed for my phone.
