We celebrated one of our girls friends Hens party on Uboat-Lux Party Boat! The boat perfect fit for around 20 of us! The boat was easy to found at the Harbour. The staff is easy to communicate and allowed us to arrive 15 mins earlier to decorate the boat. Strongly recommended!!
I honestly don’t even know where to start, other than DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with this company. UBOAT are scammers who are happy to take your money upfront, but when it comes to doing the right thing, they suddenly disappear behind “policies” that don’t even apply. We paid a deposit for a hens party, did not sign a contract and there was nothing legally signed or agreed to, yet they are still refusing to refund our $800 deposit. Terrible Experience - Avoid UBOAT! I had a highly disappointing experience with UBOAT. After discussing my requirements over the phone, the representative kindly agreed to early access for cocktail makers and decoration people to come on board.
