Most thurough knowledgeable communication from UB Pediatric care provider !
Doctors and nurses don't return calls. I have been calling everyday for 4 days straight to ask questions that need answers promptly. A nurse told me on day 1 that they didnt have answers for me and will call me back. Have yet to hear back.
