Called the urgent care location on Maplemere rd. The secretary tells me i dont know if theyll do anything different for you than theyve done before. I was seen 6 days prior by Kirsten Muca. She told me to come back if pain gets worse. Well it has so why the hell is a secretary trying to discourage me when she has no idea of my pain??? Terrible attitude toward a pt seeking help. Will definitely go somewhere else. Check your secretarys at that location. Very dissapointed with her attitude!
An hour in the waiting room is unacceptable! My time is just as valuable as the Dr.!
I will always go to UBMD. The office staff are kind, caring and listen. The Drs are the best and they talk so you understand what is going on.
Completely useless. They diagnosed my herniated discs, but got visibly upset when I declined pain medication. Recently it took 6 calls to ATTEMPT to make an appointment for severe latissimus dorsi pain in my back from twisting wrong - still no appointment, but a LOT of schedulers who want to diagnose me with rib pain and refuse to schedule me. Unless you are on a major sports team, don't even bother.
