I went to Dr Talal, he ordered a fibroscan of my liver and then we scheduled a telehealth visit for the follow-up. I contacted the practice at least 5 times prior to the telehealth visit and received ZERO responses to my questioning the process of the telehealth visit. I never received the results of the fibroscan and after numerous failed attempts to contact Talal, his NP, and management, I gave up and found another hepatologist.
