Speaking of pulmonary, you will not be in good hands here. Like others say communication is poor. Doctors can be okay depending on your goals or condition. Anything serious better to avoid. The sleep clinic they use for testing is non responsive and even UBMD cannot contact them by fax. No coordination for testing or insurance. Nobody responds to portal messages. Only go as last resort. the whole office is closed from 12-1 for lunch, which would be fine if i didn't have lunch at the same time and cant call during my shift at any other point... they really should alternate their staff's schedules to allow more phone coverage -- will edit if they ever do make it easier to contact them
Excellent service and excellent staff and doctors. I can recommend this place. I've been coming here for 7 years and it's a very good practice and they have add new doctors
Poor communication, always messing up between remote and in person appointments which shouldn’t be hard to chose between one thing and another on the computer… can’t ever pay my bill, patient portal DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. Don’t even try with it you’ll waste your time. Girls up front always talk really loudly and about things you just don’t want to hear about, one time the receptionist was on a personal call!
