Dr. Berndtson’s colonoscopy prep consists of three bottles of magnesium citrate. My husband did his “prep” and it put so much magnesium in his system he passed out, put his head through a wall. He almost died. He was taken to the ER where is ekg flagged as a heart attack. His magnesium levels were high. After a year of testing his heart, kidney, etc he is fine. Incompetence lives here. A malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen. Unreliability is their middle name. Avoid "Dr. Brewer" when he gets out of rehab or conferences. Just a General Surgeon. Check their credentials and previous lawsuits. Run, Go to Rochester, Syracuse or anywhere else but here. Be very careful with this practice I don't recommend.
