Ubiquity charged my account $495 the same day I updated my banking information — pulling an invoice from 2023 that had already been paid. They didn't notify me. I caught it myself. When I contacted them on April 3rd requesting a refund, they confirmed it was their system error. What followed was nearly two weeks of vague responses, no proactive updates, and zero transaction details until I sent a formal written demand. If I could give 0 stars I would. It's not very often that I write a review but this has been going on for over 2 months and is still not corrected even after multiple phone calls and emails with multiple representatatives. I requested a check for my 401 K rollover be sent directly to my Financial Institution before I left the state for 2 months.
