Absolutely the worst company. I had spent an enormous amount of time working with them to set up a 401k. Near the end, before one of the final meetings, I get an unidentified email asking for ACH and banking information. Nowhere in the email did it identify who the email was from, no mention of Charles Schwab, no mention of Ubiquity. When I complained about how inappropriate this was, they dropped me.
