Just had to call customer service for an account issue and they were extremely helpful! Even stayed on with me to make sure I could get through all the steps.
Ubiquity charged my account $495 the same day I updated my banking information — pulling an invoice from 2023 that had already been paid. They didn't notify me. I caught it myself. When I contacted them on April 3rd requesting a refund, they confirmed it was their system error.
